Egtvedt, and Continental Casualty Company, to recover for the wrongful death of her husband, and action for personal injuries and property damage by plaintiff Francis Hardy against the same defendants. Both causes of action arose out of a motor vehicle collision. The two actions were consolidated for purposes of trial and the instant appeal.
