Arthur H. Davis and Edith E. Davis, his wife, hereinafter referred to as the owners, had a store building to which they desired to construct an addition sixty feet by twenty-five feet in size and to install cold storage lockers therein. H. F. Willett and J. T. Babst, doing business under the trade name of Willett & Sons, hereinafter referred to as the contractors, agreed to do the work. The construction and installation of the cold storage lockers was to cost $4,250 on the basis of a lump-sum contract, and the cost of the addition to the building was to be on the basis of the cost of labor and materials plus fifteen per cent.
