Plaintiff-appellant John T. Willbanks appeals the district courts summary judgment affirming the Secretarys denial of social security disability benefits. Upon consideration, we find that the Secretarys findings were not supported by substantial evidence. Therefore, we reverse and remand this case to the Secretary for the award of benefits commencing in January 1976, the onset date established by the Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ").
